If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product back.
Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product is received at our facility, it will undergo an inspection.
After successful inspection, the return will be approved within 2 working days, and you will be notified via email or phone.

Refund Policy

After your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7  working days (such as your bank account, credit/debit card, or digital wallet).

• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is not approved (for example, due to product damage, missing packaging, or signs of use), we will notify you and send the product back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, such as:

• Used or opened fragrance products.

• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
